We examine the ecological interactions between animals, their predators, and the environment. This improves our understanding of the ecological selection pressures on the colour patterns and behaviours of animals.

Currently, our research is focused on, but not limited to, the ecology of animals in Southeast Asian forests. We hope to reveal how defensive behaviours, colour patterns, morphology, life-histories and habitat interact to provide animals protection from predators.
